Please read the following conditions carefully. Initiating a refund request implies acceptance of these terms.
1. Refund for Software License Keys (e.g., Norton, TotalAV, Avast)
As a software reseller, our refund policy for product licenses is closely tied to the vendor's policies, but we generally offer the following:
Eligibility Criteria for License Key Refunds:
- The refund request must be initiated within **30 days** of the purchase date.
- The license key must be **proven invalid or defective** (e.g., key does not activate upon first attempt). If deemed defective, we will first attempt to provide a working replacement key.
- The license key must **NOT have been activated or used**. If the key has been activated, we must verify deactivation with the respective software vendor (Norton, TotalAV, or Avast) before a refund is possible.
- A full refund will be granted if the key delivery failed entirely (e.g., email bounced, key never generated).
**Important Note on Vendor Policies:** Due to the nature of digital keys, **we reserve the right to deny a refund** if the key has been successfully activated on the user's account, as this key is then considered "used" and cannot be resold.
Technical Support and Service Refunds
2. Refund for One-Time Support Services
Refunds for our direct, one-time technical support or remote installation services are based on the successful delivery of the service:

- A **full refund** will be granted if the technician was unable to connect to your device or if the agreed-upon support service (e.g., malware removal, installation) **could not be successfully started**.
- A **partial refund** may be considered if the service was started but the issue could not be resolved, provided the customer contacted us for re-evaluation within 7 days of the service date.
- **No refund** will be granted once the technician has successfully completed the agreed-upon service, and the customer has confirmed the issue is resolved or the installation is complete.
3. Processing Your Refund Request
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your **order number** and the **reason for the refund**.
- **Processing Time:** Approved refunds are typically processed within **5-10 business days** after approval.
