**Av Online Deal** operates as a reseller and provider of support services for various third-party cybersecurity software products, including, but not limited to, Norton, TotalAV, and Avast. We provide official product licenses and offer ancillary technical support related to the installation, activation, and basic troubleshooting of these products.

• You acknowledge that the underlying antivirus software is subject to the **End-User License Agreement (EULA)** of the respective vendor (Norton, TotalAV, or Avast).
• Our support services are distinct from the primary warranty and support provided by the original software manufacturer.

2. Purchases and Product Licensing

Billing and Payment:

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our website. All prices are subject to change without notice. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or financial institution.

Software Licenses:

Upon successful payment, we will deliver the legitimate license key and/or download link necessary to activate the purchased software. The duration and scope of the license (e.g., number of devices) are defined by the specific product purchased.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

**Product Purchases:** All requests for refunds for software licenses must be made within **30 days** of the purchase date. Refunds are subject to a review process and must comply with both our policy and the underlying vendor's refund policy. Licenses that have been activated or used may be subject to a restocking or service fee.

**Service Fees:** Fees paid for one-time technical support or remote installation services are **non-refundable** once the service has been successfully rendered and confirmed complete by the customer.

• Loss or corruption of data, even if the loss occurred while using a product purchased through us.

Our maximum liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the website or purchasing our services in the last six (6) months.

5. Technical Support Disclaimer

While we strive for excellence, our technical support is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our support will resolve every issue or that the recommended third-party software will prevent all forms of cyber threat. You acknowledge that you permit our technicians to access your device at your own risk.
