1. Refund for Software License Keys (e.g., Norton, TotalAV, Avast)

As a software reseller, Av Online Deal (Powered by Adcore East Limited) aligns with the vendor's refund policies while maintaining our own fair-use approach:

Eligibility Criteria for License Key Refunds:

  • The refund request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The license key must be proven invalid or defective (e.g., key does not activate upon first attempt). If deemed defective, we will first attempt to provide a working replacement key.
  • The license key must NOT have been activated or used. If the key has been activated, we must verify deactivation with the respective software vendor (Norton, TotalAV, or Avast) before a refund is possible.
  • A full refund will be granted if the key delivery failed entirely (e.g., email bounced, key never generated).

Important Note: Due to the digital nature of license keys, Av Online Deal (Powered by Adcore East Limited) reserves the right to deny refunds once a key has been activated, as activated keys are considered “used” and non-returnable.

Technical Support and Service Refunds

2. Refund for One-Time Support Services

Refunds for direct, one-time technical support or remote installation services by Av Online Deal (Powered by Adcore East Limited) are based on service completion:

Eligibility Criteria for Service Refunds:

  • A full refund will be granted if the technician was unable to connect to your device or if the agreed-upon service could not be started.
  • A partial refund may be considered if the service was started but the issue could not be resolved, provided the customer contacts us within 7 days.
  • No refund will be issued once the technician has completed the service and the customer has confirmed the issue resolution or installation completion.

3. Processing Your Refund Request

To request a refund, please contact Av Online Deal (Powered by Adcore East Limited) support with your order number and reason for refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
